Job summary

Special Olympics Kansas seeks a Regional Health Program Coordinator to implement Inclusive Health initiatives across Southeast Kansas. You will build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community groups, coordinate health programs and volunteers, and ensure effective program delivery and reporting to advance health outcomes for individuals with IDD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or community outreach preferred.
Experience developing collaborative partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, volunteers, or external stakeholders.
Experience coordinating programs/events with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience recruiting, coordinating, or managing volunteers preferred.
Experience working with individuals with IDD, healthcare organizations, nonprofit organizations, or community-based programs preferred.
Experience collecting, tracking, and reporting program data and performance metrics preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to be insured under organizational policies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate Inclusive Health programming.
Coordinate Healthy Athletes screenings and related health initiatives; manage logistics and volunteers.
Monitor program performance and reporting; support grant objectives.
