Job summary

Special Olympics Kansas is seeking a Regional Health Program Coordinator to implement Inclusive Health initiatives across Western Kansas. You will build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to expand access to health programming for individuals with IDD.

The role focuses on program coordination, community engagement, and operational excellence to improve health outcomes and volunteer engagement within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Public Health, Health Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Minimum two years of program coordination, community outreach, nonprofit operations, or public health experience preferred.
• Experience developing partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, volunteers, or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, schools, volunteers, and community partners.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate Inclusive Health programming across the region.
• Coordinate Healthy Athletes, Young Athletes, and other Inclusive Health initiatives.
• Monitor program performance and assist with grant objectives.
