Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. The role involves hands-on merchandising, resets, and coordinating a team of in-store associates to meet project standards and timelines.

You will train, direct, and evaluate territory staff, ensure planograms are followed, and report progress through mobile systems. Regular travel within the market and occasional neighboring markets is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect completed work.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps and systems; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete team-based projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in interviews/onboarding.
