• Seven (7) years of related experience in commercial roles.
• Minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles.
• Prior direct people management experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Managers and Rheumatology Sales Specialists across Rheumatology and Institutional accounts.
• Develop and execute an aligned business plan and drive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with key internal partners across organizational levels.
• Motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of sales professionals.
