Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Business Director, Immunology Rheumatology to lead a field-based team across the Central region. You will coach District Managers and Sales Specialists, align regional plans with brand strategies, and drive compliant growth in immunology.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of related experience in key commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development)
Prior direct people management / leadership experience
Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams
Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing regional Immunology team
Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with Immunology strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales Partners, Commercial Excellence, Analytics & Insights, etc.
Coach District Managers and Sales Specialists on leadership and capabilities
Guide mutual alignment with internal/external stakeholders and uphold J&J Credo and guidelines
Set account goals and oversee metrics and performance
