Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, seeks a Regional Business Director, Immunology Rheumatology to lead a field-based team across the Central region. This role emphasizes strategic planning, resource optimization, and collaborative relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders to deliver patient-centered, compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles such as Sales, Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development.
• Direct people management/leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead their team to maximize sales opportunities and coordinate resources to maximize results.
• Develop and execute an aligned business plan for Immunology, delivering compliant sales growth and volume objectives.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to optimize access and establish effective networks for positive business interactions.
• Coach and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists on leadership and business competencies within the region.
• Mentor teams to align internal and external stakeholders and adopt customer-centric, company-responsible positions.
• Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in line with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
• Set overall account goals, oversee account metrics and business performance.
