Job summary

GSK is seeking an Immunization Specialist to engage healthcare providers and drive vaccine uptake across a defined US territory. The role requires strong scientific fluency, customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate clinical data into meaningful conversations that support immunization goals.

You will collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers and field leaders to ensure compliant, high-impact execution while maintaining CRM records and achieving territory targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally; occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive.

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value to diverse clinical audiences.
• Engage with pediatrics, internal medicine, family practice and health departments to discuss vaccine benefits.
• Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics and account needs; support pull-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution and barrier resolution.
• Uphold compliance standards and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
