Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive HCP engagement and vaccine uptake across Champaign, IL and surrounding regions. You will educate providers on GSK’s vaccines, communicate clinical value, and help meet territory goals.

This field-based role requires scientific fluency, strategic account management, and collaborative teamwork with Vaccine Account Managers and Directors. Travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive.
• Immunization Specialist (grade 8 or 7) based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value using approved materials.
• Engage with internal medicine, family practice, and health departments to discuss vaccine benefits.
• Collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull-through in public and private settings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution and optimize resources.
• Maintain CRM documentation and participate in training and business reviews.
