The Immunization Specialist (IS) at GSK drives healthcare provider engagement and vaccine uptake across adult customers. This field-based role requires scientific fluency and the ability to translate clinical data into meaningful conversations that support immunization goals.

You will collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers and leadership to ensure compliant execution, maintain CRM records, and help achieve territory sales and immunization targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.

Mansioni

• Drive HCP Demand and Communicate Product Value.
• Engage HCPs across internal medicine, family practice and health departments to communicate the clinical value and benefits of GSK vaccines using approved materials.
• Build and maintain deep expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, GSK products and competitors.
• Support peer-to-peer educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to enhance vaccine awareness and recommendation.
• Tailor engagement strategies based on local practice dynamics and HCP/account needs.
• Ensure pull through across adult segments for both private and public vaccination, including stocking, in-office vaccination and/or a strong referral process.
• Partner with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull through within Public Awardees, Health Systems and other contracted accounts, following customer engagement guidelines as provided by customers or Account Managers.
• Influence the uptake of publicly funded vaccines by engaging with HCPs/staff and health department and develop knowledge of their immunization goals and funding cycles.
