Job summary

Akumin is hiring a Site Manager for its Tampa imaging centers to provide operational leadership across three to five fixed radiology sites. You will oversee staffing, budgets, referrals relationships, and patient experience, ensuring high-quality care and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, healthcare operations experience, and at least five years of supervisory leadership in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Business Administration or Healthcare administration.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology or customer service within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to mentor and influence large teams in a matrix organization; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and interprets programs and procedures to provide quality care and maintain high performing operations.
• Leads staff management, budget management, and relationships with referring offices; handles service issues.
• Monitors performance and profitability of services; communicates with management on issues affecting operation.
• Maintains positive interactions with payors, referrals, patients, staff, and radiologists; administers quality programs.
