Job summary

Akumin is hiring a Site Manager for our Kissimmee facility, a full-time leadership role overseeing 3–5 fixed radiology imaging sites. You will drive resource planning, topline growth, and patient experience while ensuring high staff performance across shifts and modalities.

The role emphasizes staff mentorship, budget management, customer service, and partnerships with referring offices, with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery. Strong healthcare leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
• Proven ability to mentor and influence large teams in a matrix organization; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, policies, and procedures for high-quality care and operations.
• Lead staff management, budget management, and maintain relationships with referring offices and customers.
• Review site activities and optimize utilization of facilities, services, or staff.
• Monitor performance and profitability of services; report issues to management.
• Maintain proactive communication with management and staff on center performance, events, and issues.
• Foster positive interactions with payors, referring offices, patients, staff, and radiologists.
• Administer quality programs and meet key quality and productivity measures in patient service and administration.
• Collaborate with local management and sales to maintain relationships with outside referring physician offices.
