Job summary

Akumin seeks a Site Manager for its Kissimmee facility to lead three to five fixed radiology imaging sites. You will drive resource planning, topline growth, and patient experience while mentoring staff across shifts and modalities.

This role emphasizes performance, service quality, and collaboration with referring offices to maintain top-tier care. Responsibilities include program development, budget oversight, and optimization of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
• Ability to mentor and influence large teams in a matrix organization; analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling multiple sites and service delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and interprets programs, goals, policies and procedures for quality care and high-performing operation.
• Leads staff management, budget management, and relationships with referring offices; handles customer service issues.
• Reviews site activities and recommends changes to optimize facility usage and staff deployment.
• Monitors performance and profitability of services and reports issues to management.
• Maintains positive interactions with payors, referring offices, patients, staff, and radiologists.
• Administers quality programs and meets key quality and productivity measures.
• Supports management and sales in maintaining relationships with outside referring physician offices.
