Akumin is seeking a Site Manager for our Tampa facilities. This full-time role provides overall leadership for 3–5 fixed radiology imaging sites, driving resource management, topline growth, and patient experience while maintaining high staff performance across shifts and modalities.

You will plan and implement strategies for service launches, system upgrades, and ongoing operational improvements, collaborating with management and sales to maximize referrals and patient care quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
• Healthcare experience.
• 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
• Ability to mentor and influence large teams in a matrix organization; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience handling multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and directs programs, goals, policies, and procedures to provide quality care and high-performing operations.
• Leads staff management, budget management, and relationships with referring offices; handles customer service issues.
• Reviews site activities and optimizes facility, service, and staff utilization.
• Monitors performance and profitability of services and communicates issues to management.
• Maintains positive stakeholder relationships with payors, offices, patients, and radiologists.
• Administers quality programs and meets key quality and productivity measures.
• Supports local management and sales with referrals and customer service.
