Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Site Manager for our Tampa facilities. This full-time role oversees three to five fixed radiology imaging sites, driving resource planning, topline growth, and patient experience while ensuring staff performance and service standards across shifts and modalities.

Responsibilities include program interpretation, staff and budget management, and collaboration with referring offices to deliver high-quality care. A strong background in radiology or patient services is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
• Healthcare experience.
• 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
• Ability to mentor and lead large teams in a matrix organization; analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and interprets programs, goals and procedures for quality care and high-performing operations.
• Leads staff management, budget management, and maintains relationships with referring offices and customers.
• Reviews site activities and optimizes facility, service or staff utilization.
• Monitors performance and profitability of services and communicates issues to management.
• Maintains positive interactions with payors, referring offices, patients, staff and radiologists.
