Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking an Acute Care Manager of Regional Imaging Services to oversee multiple imaging locations within a region, driving operational efficiency, financial performance and strong team leadership.

You will mentor imaging supervisors, manage budgets, ensure regulatory readiness, patient safety and quality standards across sites, while partnering with leadership to align imaging services with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• AMA approved school of radiologic technology training preferred.
• ARRT registration preferred.
• Six (6) years of progressive leadership experience including supervisory/management roles.
• Five (5) years progressive experience in radiologic services.
• Multi-hospital system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple Imaging locations within an assigned region.
• Direct and optimize regional Imaging operations via performance standards and workflows.
• Lead and mentor Imaging supervisors and teams across the region.
• Manage regional financial performance including budgets, revenues, and expenses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and patient safety across locations.
• Partner with regional/local leadership to align imaging services with strategy and growth.
• Use data to evaluate performance and drive accountability for goals.
