Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a Supervisor Imaging Services to oversee daily operations of the imaging staff, ensuring timely, accurate patient care in line with physician orders and hospital policies. The role requires strong leadership, prioritization, and collaboration with nursing, physicians and support teams.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, resource planning, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited program in clinical imaging (eg Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, Nuclear Medicine).
• Certification in Imaging Specialty (eg ARDMS, ARRT, CNMT).
• State license within 90 days of hire if relevant to certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a clinical imaging domain.
• Experience and skills in a supervisory or lead capacity; lead tech or imag supv preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of technical and clerical staff within Imaging Services.
• Coordinate staffing, resources and processes to meet patient care needs while ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians and other disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
