MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital seeks an Acute Care Manager of Regional Imaging Services to lead and coordinate imaging across multiple sites. The role focuses on operational efficiency, financial performance, quality, and patient experience while aligning with regional and local leadership and imaging managers.

This role requires strong leadership, budget management, regulatory compliance, and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Six years of progressive leadership experience, including supervision.
• Five years of progressive radiology leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple Imaging locations within the region.
• Develop and monitor performance standards, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Imaging supervisors and teams across the region.
• Manage regional budgets, revenues and expenses within imaging services.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, accreditation, and safety across locations.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, physicians, and stakeholders on strategy and growth.
• Use data to drive accountability and performance across the region.
