Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead occupancy and revenue performance for our Continuing Care Retirement Community in Geneva, Illinois. This high-impact role offers substantial earning potential with a strong commission plan and strategic leadership of the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales leadership in CCRC/Life Plan communities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet activity targets and key performance metrics.
• Drive strong conversion performance across the sales funnel: inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, deposit-to-move-in.
• Achieve personal and team goals for callouts, appointments, tours, presentations, deposits, and move-ins.
• Analyze competitive trends, pricing, market conditions, and lead sources to refine strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and branding.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience at every stage, from inquiry through move-in.
