Job summary

Stord Fulfillment, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager – ICQA to lead regional ICQA and Quality programs across multiple facilities. You will ensure inventory health, drive accuracy, and partner with site leadership to fix root causes of errors.

The role requires leadership, data analysis, and a willingness to travel 50–70% to assigned regional sites. Remote work with regular travel supports scalable inventory control across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business or related field is required.
• 5–8 years in fulfillment or warehouse ops focusing on inventory control or QA.
• Experience managing multi-site operations in 3PL, retail or eCommerce networks.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of WMS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; willing to travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities across the region, ensuring SOP adherence and KPI tracking.
• Lead regional teams to achieve inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Partner with operations to maintain location accuracy and control limits.
• Drive continuous improvement with IT, BI, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and customer quality requirements.
