Job summary

GEMAIRE in Tampa, FL is seeking a Rapid Regional Support Associate to travel to branches within a region to provide counter and warehouse support, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will train and supervise other Counter and Warehouse Associates, assist management with daily operations, and share best practices to strengthen the division. A proactive, customer-focused teammate will excel here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in HVAC, customer service, warehousing, or retail.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation at wholesale level preferred.
• Proven success in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent GEMAIRE as a leader in the industry and maximize sales.
• Travel to branches within designated regions for assignments and support.
• Assist in training and supervision of Counter and Warehouse staff.
• Complete sales orders and upsell related items; provide branch support.
