Qualifications

1+ year experience in HVAC, customer service, warehousing, or retail.
Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment.
Proven sales success and strong customer service.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Clean driving record for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Represent GEMAIRE to maximize sales.
Travel to branches to provide assignments and general branch support.
Maintain communication with internal and external sales personnel, vendors, and contractors.
Support branch staffing needs in counter and warehouse.
Identify safety, procedures, and workflow training opportunities.
Provide observations to Area Operations Manager for regional improvement.
Complete sales order processing including upselling.
Assist with customer relationship issues involving dealers and end users.
Lead by example in stocking and receiving at branches.
Perform other duties as assigned.
