Michael Page US is recruiting for a regional HVAC sales leader responsible for territory management, client relationships, and solution selling of custom HVAC equipment.

You will coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to meet customer specs, generate pipeline, and forecast revenue while representing the company at events. This role offers first-year guaranteed compensation during training, a competitive salary with commission, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling custom equipment or solutions.
• Engineering degree preferred; technical sales background acceptable.
• Willingness to travel regionally and into Canada for training.

Responsibilities

• Territory management within defined geographic region.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Present and promote custom HVAC and environmental control systems.
• Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to meet customer specs.
• Generate leads and manage sales pipeline.
• Provide technical consultation during pre- and post-sales.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to inform strategy.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, forecast revenue.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events; train junior staff as needed.
