SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales & Field Solutions Specialist for Neptronic, based in the United States near Atlanta, GA.

You will combine hands-on HVAC field service expertise with technical applications and business development to help customers select, commission, troubleshoot and optimize commercial and industrial HVAC solutions. Travel to customer sites nationwide and to Canada is required; you will support channel partners, develop opportunities, and deliver expert

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC field service, commissioning, applications, estimating, technical sales, or related areas.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, controls, wiring diagrams, and project delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, interpret plans, and develop clear technical recommendations for quotations.
• Strong customer-focused communication, judgement, follow-up, and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Field Service, Commissioning & Technical Support at customer sites; provide remote support when appropriate.
• Travel to customer and project sites to startup, commission, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair HVAC equipment and controls.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, controls issues using diagrams and diagnostic tools; implement corrective actions.
• Perform site assessments, document findings with measurements, photos, and corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports and communicate site status, risks, and follow-up needs to customers and internal teams.
• Develop opportunities with reps, distributors, engineers, contractors, OEMs and end users by understanding needs and objectives.
