Job summary
SPX Technologies, a global HVAC solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Sales & Field Solutions Specialist for Neptronic. You will combine hands‑on field service with technical applications and business development to help customers select, install, and optimize HVAC solutions.
You will support customers and channel partners from project discovery to quotation, through installation and ongoing service, while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Qualifications
- At least three years in commercial/industrial HVAC field service, commissioning, applications, estimating, or related.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, controls, wiring diagrams and docs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and develop technical recommendations with quotes.
Responsibilities
- Field service, start-up, inspection, troubleshooting, repair of HVAC equipment and controls.
- Support technical sales, product selections, quotations and submittals.
- Communicate site status, risks and follow-up needs to customers and teams.
- Coordinate parts, travel, and safety/compliance requirements.
- Build customer relationships and assist with training and demonstrations.
