Job summary

SPX Technologies Neptronic is seeking a Technical Sales & Field Solutions Specialist for the United States (Atlanta area preferred). This field-based role combines hands-on HVAC service with technical applications and business development to help customers select, commission, troubleshoot and optimize commercial and industrial HVAC solutions.

You will support customers and channel partners from discovery through installation and ongoing service, identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications

• At least three years in commercial or industrial HVAC field service, commissioning, applications, estimating or technical sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical/mechanical systems and controls; ability to interpret plans and specs.
• Ability to troubleshoot, make technical recommendations and support quotations.
• Customer-focused communication and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Field service, start-up, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment and controls.
• Support product selections, quotations and technical submittals; translate field conditions into practical solutions.
• Build customer relationships, coordinate parts, travel and service reporting; provide remote support as needed.
• Share insights with engineering and sales teams to improve products and service delivery.
