DOC Services is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer sites, travel within a regional radius, and work independently to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience including refrigeration equipment.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize service calls; communicate with customers and team.
• Own basic set of tools; comfortable using mobile apps for service documentation.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Identify defective components and complete repairs with hand and power tools.
• Determine parts needed and initiate service calls efficiently.
• Document work performed and communicate updates to managers and offices.
