Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. seeks a Regional Parts Manager to drive parts and supplies growth for GA branches. You will coordinate aftermarket activities, train dealers and contractors, and work with branch teams to boost sales and margins.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HVAC sales, strong product knowledge, and proven leadership. Travel is expected to multi-city levels as required by regional objectives.

Qualifications

• HVAC product knowledge and dealer/contractor insight.
• Strong sales, margins, and relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on HVAC dealers/contractors and train them on aftermarket products.
• Set strategic direction and manage program execution for branches.
• Support branch personnel in aftermarket business and programs.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Collaborate with vendors/representatives to support branches and customers.
• Participate in projects to meet ongoing business needs.
