Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Regional Parts Manager to drive growth of parts and supplies for the GA region.

The role coordinates aftermarket activities between TSM’s Branch personnel, Dealers/contractors and local reps, with accountability for sales growth, margins, and inventory/product management. Responsibilities include calling on HVAC dealers/contractors, training them on aftermarket products, developing sales plans, and partnering with vendors to support

Responsibilities

• Call on HVAC dealers and contractors and train them on aftermarket product offerings.
• Set strategic direction and manage execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSRs.
• Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business, including TM’s, BM, CSR’s and ROM’s.
• Oversee parts sales, cores, stocking, ordering, and development of programs and corporate-sponsored initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales plans for aftermarket business to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers' representatives to support branches and customer base.
• Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs.

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Regional Parts Manager position in support of COD for the GA region. The Regional Parts Manager is responsible for coordinating the growth of all parts and supplies for the branches. This person is accountable for sales growth, margins, assisting with inventory and product management and coordinating all aftermarket activities, between TSM’s Branch personnel, Dealers/contractors and the local reps.

Position responsibilities may include:

• Call on HVAC Dealers and Contractors. Also Training them on GSD’s aftermarket Product offering
• Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSR’s
• Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business. This includes: TM’s, BM, CSR’s and ROM’s
• Responsible for through‑the‑shop and over‑the‑counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs
• Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives
• Work with local vendors and manufacturer’s Representatives to provide support to branches and customer base
• Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

Experience

• 5 -10+ years in HVAC industry

Education/Certification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive - 5+ years in sales and HVAC

• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to travel multi‑cities, including overnight travel – approximately 60 % - 70% of time.
