Responsibilities

• Direct commercial HVAC and mechanical operations across service, maintenance, retrofit, and project delivery.
• Own financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, pricing discipline, and margin management.
• Assess market demand and build growth plans around service and mechanical contracting opportunities.
• Improve coordination among service leadership, project management, technicians, and office teams.
• Develop managers and field leaders as the organization expands.
• Foster strategic customer relationships to expand recurring service and project revenue.
