You will inherit an established operation with a strong reputation in the Pacific Northwest and play a pivotal role in expanding market share while prioritizing customer experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Executive Leadership: General Manager or senior operational leader in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related building services.
• Financial & Business Acumen: Experience managing full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC services, PM programs, construction, and electrical work.
• Growth Mindset: History of scaling operations, building teams, expanding offerings, increasing market share.
• Customer-Focused Leadership: Commitment to long-term customer relationships and service excellence.

Responsibilities
