Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC/R or mechanical service experience.
• 5+ years of service leadership or management experience in a commercial environment.
• Proven track record of building teams, growing service revenue, developing customer relationships, and improving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of commercial HVAC/R technicians, dispatchers, and service support personnel.
• Grow commercial service revenue, customer relationships, and market share across the Portland-Vancouver metro area.
• Manage day-to-day service operations, including dispatch, scheduling, and billing.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, gross margin, labor utilization, and customer retention.
• Develop budgets and growth objectives with leadership.
