The Regional Product Trainer at CaptiveAire Systems will deliver hands-on technical training to external contractors for HVAC(Paragon) and fire systems, equipping them to perform advanced service work, preventative maintenance, and uphold CAS service standards. This role is based in East Petersburg, PA and is not remote.

Responsibilities include leading contractor trainings, discussing refrigeration cycles, updating course content, and ensuring trainee engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVACR field.
• Strong ability to read and navigate wiring schematics.
• MS Office skills required.
• Public speaking and communication skills essential.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage training sessions for large groups of contractors and field service teams.
• Engage in highly technical discussions on refrigeration cycles and fire systems.
• Develop and continually improve course content and delivery.
• Assess participant knowledge and tailor content accordingly.
• Ensure training materials, software, and equipment are maintained and up-to-date.
• Provide remote support for trained technicians.
