Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressive sales.
• 3+ years with VRF and Mini-Split applications.
• HVAC sales background with account management and revenue generation.
• Must be able to travel at least 50% throughout the assigned region.
• Experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the region.
• Grow and manage a diverse portfolio of key accounts for long-term retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market share.
• Collaborate with product specialists and support staff to deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct regular market analysis to inform data-driven sales strategies.
• Evaluate distributor performance to maintain optimal product line sales balance.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Represent Bosch at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows in the region.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline forecasts.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
