Bosch is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager for the Northeast US (NY, NJ, MA, PA, NH) to drive sales growth and nurture strategic relationships across a portfolio of key accounts. You will develop regional sales strategies, collaborate with product specialists, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC sales, VRF/Mini-Split experience, CRM proficiency, and a proven record in account management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience with VRF and Mini-Split applications.
• HVAC sales background with account management expertise.
• Ability to travel at least 50%.
• Experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned region.
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists to deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to inform data-driven sales strategies.
• Evaluate distributor performance to maintain optimal product line sales balance.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information.
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
