Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in HVAC.
• 3+ years of VRF and Mini-Split applications experience.
• Must be able to travel at least 50% in the region and actively manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
• Collaborate with product specialists and support staff to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to guide sales strategies.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer information.
• Present to prospective and existing customers and report on performance.
