Job Overview

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager in the Tampa Area to oversee HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, demonstrated success supporting multiple locations, and the ability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage location HR Generalists to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Regular travel required to visit and support various locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Proven ability to support multiple locations and manage remote HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HR management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field preferred.
• SHRM Certification preferred
