We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across one or multiple operating regions. This role is critical in fostering an inclusive and compliant work environment while driving HR excellence in alignment with both regional and corporate strategies. The ideal candidate has strong cultural awareness and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and in a matrixed organization. This position requires regular travel within assigned regions and occasional travel to our global headquarters for training, meetings, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Support

  • Partner with regional and corporate leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and implement strategic change management initiatives across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR teams to support recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives tailored to the specific needs of each region.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.


Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for the Regional Vice President, Regional Managers and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management, in partnership with Corporate Employee Relations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.


Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and corporate HR policies, including wage and hour compliance, workplace safety, and harassment prevention.
  • Support HR-related audits and investigations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.


Collaboration with Office Managers

  • Provide guidance and training to office managers responsible for day-to-day HR activities such as onboarding, leaves of absence, and HR recordkeeping.
  • Establish standard practices and provide ongoing support to enhance their HR capabilities.


Collaboration with Corporate HR Teams

  • Partner with corporate HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in areas such as talent acquisition, benefits, learning and development, and compensation.
  • Act as a regional point of contact, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational HR initiatives


Qualifications

Requirements:

HR Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and HR operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.


Flexibility and Travel

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across California and occasionally to Massachusetts.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and work environments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a regional or multi-location role.
  • Expertise in relevant labor laws is required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Proximity to key regional locations may be preferred depending on business need.
  • Ability & willingness to travel 50% required.
