Regional Human Resources Director Responsibilities:
· Establishes personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
· Understands the terminology of the business
· Knows and understands the federal and local requirements which govern the company’s business and human resources management
· Deep knowledge and understanding of Canadian Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSP)
· Experience in establishing robust succession planning
· Extensive knowledge of mandatory Canadian employee benefit platforms and requirements
· Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
· Experience in management development and training
· Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards
· Follows the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
· Understands and follow all work rules and follows lawful directions from Supervisors
· Upholds the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
· Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
· Maintains the professional appearance of assigned work area
· Attends pertinent training
· Attends company meetings as required
· Other duties as assigned
Regional Human Resources Director Requirements:
Travel
Some travel is required for this position. Percentage of travel to be determined by the actual requirements specific to the role and location of the position. This position is expected to travel to other locations/dealerships or for meetings.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with PHR or SHRM-CP certification; and ten years’ experience in a similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
