ResponsibilitiesThe Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) is responsible for development, oversight, and implementation of all of the Human Resource programs, policies, and procedures. The RHRD works collaboratively to drive the adoption of current HR best practices and to deliver timely, effective and innovative support to multiple hospitals in all areas of HR administration, including wage, compensation and benefits analysis and administration, employee relations, engagement and workplace safety, worker’s compensation, EEO issues, leadership and talent development, communications, recruitment, and HR training. The position serves as a resource for the field on HR policies and procedures and acts as a liaison between field management and Corporate HR functions to meet The Select Medical Way goals in keeping our patients and each other safe, delivering an exceptional patient and employee experience and meeting the annual business plan. This position can work remotely when not traveling.
