The Regional Human Resources Director formulates and supervises programs related to selection, training, promotion, employee welfare, and employer/employee relationships across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, developing personnel records, resolving disputes and grievances, recommending disciplinary actions, analyzing and evaluating jobs, administering employee welfare and recreation services, and advising executive staff on personnel policies and organizational changes.

The estimated annual total compensation range is $119,995.20 to $169,998.40, with the exact offer determined based on experience, education, and credentials.
