Director, HR Technology - Core HR, Security & Rewards

Overview

We are seeking a Director, HR Technology - Core HR, Security & Rewards to lead our global HR systems initiatives, focusing on Oracle HCM modules, security frameworks, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Global People Technology & Services to implement and ensure compliance with governance frameworks for Core HR, Security, and Rewards.
2. Manage program tools for planning and deployment of HR initiatives, gathering business and process requirements.
3. Drive continuous process improvement and enhance associate experiences in the HCM ecosystem through collaboration with HR and COEs.
4. Lead design and maintenance of Oracle HCM Core HR and Compensation & Benefits modules aligning with organizational goals.
5. Streamline HR processes like onboarding and terminations through automation, ensuring seamless integration with other HR modules.
6. Develop and maintain a security framework for HR systems, managing access controls and audits.
7. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze information, and escalate risks to leadership.
8. Partner with GPTS and Talent Acquisition teams to measure effectiveness, implement change management strategies, and update leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM configuration and deployment, especially in Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Proven ability to work within complex ecosystems involving multiple providers and products.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and consultative skills.
• Ability to plan large deployment efforts and communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Additional Details

Travel: Up to 10%
Location: Any US metropolitan city
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 plus bonus and benefits
