REDPATH MINING is seeking an HSET Area Superintendent to lead multiple project-based teams in Sparks, Nevada. Your role will focus on compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while mentoring project teams.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, extensive experience in leadership, and a deep understanding of mining regulations. Competitive salary and benefits to be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Certified Mine Safety Professional (CMSP) preferred.
• MSHA Instructor – Surface and Underground required.
• 12 years’ experience in Health, Safety, Environment & Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to project-based HSET teams.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA/OSHA regulations.
• Develop regional HSET performance targets and metrics.
• Conduct training programs and workshops for staff.
