Redpath is seeking an HSET Superintendent to lead and mentor the underground safety team, ensuring compliance with MSHA, state regulations, and client requirements while promoting a Safety-First culture.

You will manage safety plans, incident investigations, risk assessments, and training, with responsibility for hiring, performance reviews, and maintaining site-wide safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• AAS Occupational Development (Certified) preferred.
• Mine Safety Professional (CMSP) preferred.
• Mine Rescue Trainer MSHA Instructor Surface and Underground.
• Special Investigation Training.

• Lead and supervise site safety personnel and HSE operations.
• Ensure site compliance with Redpath and MSHA standards and client requirements.
• Support site safety programs and incident investigations; coordinate with MSHA and clients.
