Job summary

Redpath is seeking an HSET Area Superintendent to lead and coordinate project-based HSET teams across designated operations. You will ensure the HSET management system is implemented consistently and in compliance with MSHA, OSHA, ATF, and client requirements.

You will mentor Project HSET Superintendents, oversee incidents investigations, and drive regional risk management, training programs, and continuous improvement to uphold the Safety - First, Last, and Always culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• CMSP preferred.
• MSHA Instructor – Surface and Underground required.
• Formal training in investigations, auditing, and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to multiple HSET site teams.
• Lead regional implementation of HSET Management System across projects.
• Ensure MSHA/OSHA compliance and oversee incident investigations.
• Mentor Project HSET Superintendents and develop capability.
• Coordinate safety training programs and graduate program governance.
