Job summary

LUFKIN US Acquisitions Company LLC is seeking a Manager, HSE to safeguard health, safety, and environment across operations in the Rockies and Canada, ensuring compliance with the HSE Management System.

The role leads KPIs, policies, trainings, audits, and continuous improvement; requires 2+ years in management and 5+ years HSE, OSHA/COR/OH&S knowledge, and a BS in Environmental Engineering or related field. Travel 10–20% with passport required. CSP/CIH preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience and 5 years HSE experience (preferably oil & gas).
• Willingness to travel 10%–20%; must have a passport for travel outside the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate HSE and Senior Leaders to develop HSE KPIs, goals, and objectives.
• Lead the delivery and administration of HSE policies, processes, and systems.
• Advance safety culture and provide coaching on HSE activities.
