Job summary

Richardson International Limited’s U.S. Country Office in St. Louis, Missouri is hiring a Manager, Environment, Health & Safety to lead EH&S programs across facilities in the United States. You will develop and manage compliance initiatives, drive safety culture, and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires 7–10 years of EH&S experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and the ability to travel North America. CSP designation is preferred or pursued within 24 months.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in occupational, environmental, health & safety roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Federal & State OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Experience managing multi-site EH&S programs across regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; training skills.
• Willingness to travel within North America and obtain CSP or progress toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary EH&S advisor to U.S. facility management teams.
• Keep management abreast of EH&S matters across regions/business units.
• Travel to operating facilities to assess priorities and needs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training to support regulatory compliance and safety culture.
• Lead audits and inspections to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Draft site-specific operating procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Provide emergency planning support and assist with incident investigations.
• Support disability management programs for workplace injuries.
