Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Regional HSES Manager to provide health, safety, environmental and security leadership for facilities across the United States. The role is hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote) with ~10–30% travel and oversight of safety programs, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a BS in Engineering or Safety, 5+ years in HSES, and knowledge of industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in health, safety, environment and security (HSES).
• Knowledge of HSES regulations and industry standards; chemical/petrochemical experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of HSES initiatives at sites in the region.
• Conduct audits (health & safety, environmental, RC14001) and assist with incident investigations.
• Collaborate with regional/global HSES leaders to identify risks and develop programs.
• Provide technical support for HSES platforms and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with safety trainings, PPE programs, emergency response, and other safety initiatives.
• Support RC14001 management system implementation and sustainability efforts.
