McAllister seeks a Regional HSE Manager to lead enterprise-wide health, safety, and environmental programs across its regional operations in the United States. You will drive compliance, develop safety policies, and manage incident investigations and workers’ compensation and liability claims.

The role requires 5+ years in HSE with heavy civil or trenchless construction, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel to project sites. A CSP/ASP/CHST certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in safety, environmental, or related field.
• Experience in HSE leadership in heavy civil or trenchless construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• CSP/ASP/CHST certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide health, safety, and environmental programs across regional operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and state/local regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Manage incident investigations and claims processes (workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability).
• Coordinate training programs (confined space, excavation, equipment operation, hazard communication).
• Prepare safety metrics, trend analyses, and corrective actions.
