Zusammenfassung

LindFast Solutions Group is seeking a Director of Health, Safety & Environment to lead HSE strategy and execution across U.S. and Canadian operations, including warehouses, packaging, and light manufacturing.

This hands-on leader will drive unified programs, strengthen accountability, and reduce risk while partnering with Operations, HR, Facilities and Legal. Responsibilities include consolidating practices, implementing site routines, audits, and corrective actions, and guiding ISO readiness

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HSE or related field.
7+ years progressive HSE experience with multi-site leadership.
Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, packaging or logistics.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and Canadian requirements.

Aufgaben

Lead enterprise-wide HSE strategy, standards and priorities across all sites.
Consolidate practices into a unified HSE program addressing site risks.
Establish leadership accountability via site safety routines, inspections and audits.
Integrate acquisitions and new locations into HSE standards.
