Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Regional HSE Manager to champion safety culture across project sites and act as the health, safety, and environmental expert. You will coach project leaders and work with client HSE professionals to elevate Blattner's safety performance and ensure safe, quality delivery of our projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a four-year degree in occupational safety, bring seven years of construction safety leadership experience, and have electrical safety knowledge with renewable

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in occupational safety or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Seven years of experience in a construction safety leadership role or operations.
• Electrical safety knowledge and renewable energy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess Blattner safety culture and verify HSE programs are followed on projects.
• Act as a technical expert to ensure work plans address safety and implement changes with Operations, Learning and Development, Lean Advantage Team and Quality.
• Partner with site management to train and develop leadership personnel in safety per Blattner HSE Program.
• Communicate with site leadership and client HSE professionals on current and potential jobsite exposures.
